Fábio Almeida Abrahão holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a master’s degree from the COPPEAD/UFRJ Institute. He also attended specialization in Management, Strategy and Innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)/Sloan. 
 
Mr. Abrahao worked as special advisor to the to the Minister of State for Economy. Before joining the government, he worked for over 10 years structuring infrastructure investments and founded 2 technologic-based logistics operators, generating around 1,000 direct jobs, operating in all Brazilian regions and many Latin America markets.
