John Stufflebean is the Assistant Director for the Pure Water Division and Environmental Monitoring and Technical Services. He oversees the project’s development and implementation as well as associated project teams.  

John has an extensive background in water and wastewater treatment and has serves in director and technical consultant roles throughout the United States and Australia. With over 40 years of experience, John’s leadership has kept the Pure Water Program moving forward!
