What is the GWI Network?
The GWI Network is an executive-level membership platform for key stakeholders across the water sector, hosting year-round virtual meetings to keep members connected with vital insights into their markets, and to build strategic networking groups that drive business opportunities, partnerships and collaboration for members.
Read on to find out more about the 6 strands that GWI Network meetings are hosted in, who attends Network meetings, the format of meetings, and how to get involved. Then explore the rest of the website to see which meetings we’ve hosted in the past, and which meetings are coming up.
The GWI Network hosts meetings across seven core strands, with a virtual networking meeting taking place once every two weeks. The GWI Network encourages a year-round, continuous discourse across international markets segments, recreating the in-person, value-generating interactions typically only experienced at conferences and in-person meetings.
Meetings in the GWI Network will appear in the below six strands:
Policy & Projects – A unique opportunity to access the decision makers responsible for some of the world’s biggest water infrastructure investment programs
Chief Technology Officer – Bringing together all those with an interest in the cutting edge of water and wastewater technology, including end-users, systems integrators, start-ups, financiers and researchers, to understand the emerging opportunities for innovation in water
Water & Money – Bringing together business and thought leaders to debate the threats facing the water industry, looking into investment opportunities and how to finance the sector
Utility Performance – The forum for sharing the best ideas in utility management. Working to an agenda set by members of the Leading Utilities of the World initiative it welcomes thought leaders from across the water industry.
Corporate Water Stewardship – Closing the gap between industrial water users looking for solutions to their operational challenges, and water technology and service companies who might have the answer
Desalination & Reuse – Connecting all those involved in the desalination and water reuse supply chain with potential end-users
Meetings offer you a powerful way to connect with your industry peers, potential partners and prospective customers, expand your industry network, and build relationships around shared interests and topics relevant to your business.
The GWI Network members are a who’s who of key players in water – an exclusive group of international water sector executives, leaders, and key stakeholders.
Unlike traditional conferences and events, the GWI Network’s unique format ensures you stay informed and connected with your markets and their key players throughout the year. The Network hosts regular topic-focused meetings in a highly interactive online networking space, with content supported by GWI’s industry leading informational and data products, leveraging a contact network of the who’s who of the water industry.
More than just meetings, the Network connects you with the people who are essential to doing business in water.
Meetings are currently exclusively available to GWI Network members. To find out more about how to become a member, submit an enquiry.
